Mikrotek offers both practical as well as theoretical training of wire drawing dies and effective usage of die working equipment.

Practical training includes on the job training under supervision of expert die technician. The trainee will learn how to inspect a die, study wear pattern, judge a die for re-polishing or resizing and even recondition the die on his own.

Theoretical training includes effective die designing for optimum wire drawing plant performance, parts and profiles of dies, die life, important formulae, wear pattern analysis and usage of die manufacturing software etc.,
